Our Story, Our Vision, Our Mission

Becoming the hands and feet of Jesus here on Earth in not only the nations but more specifically women’s ministry

We love the Lord with all of our hearts and our lives are sold out for the work of the ministry. Matthew 28 makes it very clear that we are to go into all nations and make disciples. This is the beautiful thing about Sian Ministries, we believe whole heartedly that as we build one another up, see the Lord bring wholeness and healing to the women around us, that we can and will have a generation of peace. That we will see more women come into the fullness of who God created them to be. As this happens, they will be happier within themselves, they will have more wholesome relationships and friendships within their lives. They will become better mothers as they learn how to not only steward their families as Godly women but they will enjoy spending time with their children as they disciple them. For those who are married, their marriages will become more stable and we will endeavour to continue to build a sisterhood of faith around you. Our heart is for women all over the world, to see the Lord move powerfully in their lives. We believe that we are called to not only disciple but also walk alongside these sisters in Christ so that they will always be aware that they are supported no matter the journey that they are walking.

A community of support can sometimes be the difference between breaking and breaking through. We have been through our fair share of challenging trials over the last few years and the testimonies that have been birthed from the overcoming of these places is incredible to see how the Lord has worked each and every one of those situations out for good.

We believe that our brothers play a vital role in the support networks around us, whether that is in prayer, in evangelism, in discipleship at home within married families or the like. We honour our brothers for their time and dedication to us as their sisters in Christ and honour those brothers who have international ministries who also continue to be praying for us here in Australia. We also believe that as the word says that a man shall be the head over the house, that it is wise to have leadership covering and as such we are currently in discussions with both Seechange Community Church from the Churches of Christ in partnership with Kingsway Community church about covering as well as Trust 3.5 ministry. As such these pastors are diligently seeking the Lord about covering this ministry and we will look forward to updating this progress in 2024.

Our Story

Sian ministries was birthed back in 2019 after finishing a discipleship course with Pastor Bianca Serratore who now is the Senior Pastor of Fire Church on the Gold Coast, Australia. Back in 2019, Loren knew clearly that because of the journey she had walked through that the Lord was birthing a women’s ministry. A place for women to call HOME no matter where they have come from. It has been the heart of what the Lord has called Sian Ministries into in helping women restore their lives from all walks of life, from issues such as Domestic Violence, Trauma and other issues to just everyday things we face as women in the body of Christ. As she has partnered in different areas of ministry underneath other leadership over the last few years, Sian ministries was put on hold and with the blessing of not only the Lord but numerous pastors around the world, Sian Ministries was officially launched in December 2023.

Our Vision

The vision that the Lord has given for this ministry is multi-faceted. It has a number of different layers to it. The main is to build and establish women’s ministry providing one on one discipleship, discipleship courses, inner healing and deliverance, mentoring and counselling. On the flip side of this is to go out into the nations and minister to those women in desperate situations who need a miracle or breakthrough, whether they are in the churches in the nations or just in the community. To bring healing, wholeness and mostly a renewed hope for their lives. To build women’s refuges both here in Australia and across the nations. To be able to build such a vision to also build business that will help finance ministry, this includes writing coaching and mentorship, also in the later stages of development will include life skills courses and equine therapy programs.

Our Founder and Director

Loren Wedrien

Loren is a mother of four children, she is currently studying a double degree at Alphacrucis College in Australia with a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Ministry and is due to graduate 12 months early from her degree at the beginning of 2025. She completed her Diploma of Ministry in April 2023 through the International School of Ministry (ISOM). She has also released her first published book in 2023, making her a published author, these books are available through our store and online at all major retailers. Loren has completed 2 years of building in different areas of ministry life to building kingdom business, movement and ministry through Her Harvest Global Academy with Pastor Marianne Peterson. She is also currently studying a Certificate III in childcare with family day care specialisations and will be undertaking further leadership training with Propel Ecclesia underneath Christine Caine in California, USA and online in 2024. She has a huge heart to build all that the Lord is calling her into and is keen to partner alongside other ministries with a similar heart and vision to build the daughter of the kingdom into all they are called to become. She has created some beautiful international partnerships with pastors internationally, for more information on these please see the International Nations tab above. She has also completed online discipleship courses through School of Saints with Pastor Bianca Serratore back in 2019. She has been blessed with a beautiful relationship with Pastors Mark and Samantha Horvat from Trust 3.5 ministry online for the last 2 years and looks forward to this continuing to not only grow but also build into more partnership as she has been blessed by the ongoing support of these Pastors. Throughout Loren's time in ministry, she has been part of some other ministries that have taught her much within her discipleship, inner healing and leadership journeys which she is grateful for. Loren has also undertaken training underneath Field of Dreams in Adelaide in prophetic deliverance after an intensive in person training was organised and attended in July 2022. Loren and her children currently attend a small community church located in the South East part of Sydney who share the same heart and vision that Loren has for this ministry on a global scale. She loves to meet new sisters in Christ and cannot wait to have you join the journey somewhere along the way and to be able to tell your story! Loren had this to say when asked about the ministry: "Welcome HOME sisters in Christ, you are most welcome here. It is an honour and a privilege to have you here in Sian Ministries now that we have officially launched! We consider ourselves humbly blessed to get to do this journey alongside you."

Our Mission

It is really quite simple, Our mission is to build the vision that the Lord has given while building, discipling and bringing healing and wholeness to women all around the world. To create a community of sisterhood online that exemplifies Christ.
